Al Masaood is a leading business group in Abu Dhabi with a rich diversity of interests in the UAE and beyond. The first company to be registered by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, Al Masaood partnered with Savilles and The Tribe from Dubai, for creative content.
Al Masaood, sought to transform its Azure apartment development on Al Reem Island into more than just a place to live — it was to embody the essence of a luxurious, hotel-inspired lifestyle. The company aimed to appeal to a younger generation of buyers with a new concept in home ownership, offering simplified processes and low-deposit finance plans. The challenge was to showcase this innovative approach, emphasising the upscale nature of the apartments while maintaining an accessible, modern appeal.
When tasked with creating a suite of digital content to launch the project, I worked closely with Al Masaood, Savills, and The Tribe. The creative campaign required imagery that would translate seamlessly across a range of marketing channels, from websites to social media and large-scale outdoor advertisements. The shoot needed to balance sleek interior shots with the overarching brand concept, ensuring the design’s modernity and hotel-like atmosphere came through.
With a clear direction, we captured a diverse set of images, including interiors, architecture, lifestyle shots, and even 360-degree views of the development. We were mindful of ensuring every image worked across various formats, from wide shots for website banners to portrait images for social media. The team’s collaboration was key, and we worked fluidly alongside the creative director, models, and stylists to create striking visuals that told the story of Azure’s unique position in the market.
The resulting images were perfectly on-brand and met the campaign’s diverse needs, from high-resolution content for print and billboards to optimised formats for social media. The campaign not only showcased the development’s upscale feel but also helped position Azure as a top choice for a younger, aspirational demographic. The content played an integral role in generating interest and ultimately contributed to the successful launch of the project, aiding Al Masaood Developments in achieving their sales goals.
The Challenge
The challenge was to bring The Tribe’s “I Own It” campaign to life in a crowded and competitive property market during a slow economic period. The goal was to capture the attention of millennials by presenting Azure’s upscale apartments as the ultimate choice for modern, aspirational living. We needed to create imagery that resonated emotionally with the target audience of 25- to 40-year-olds. Additionally, the images had to work seamlessly across multiple marketing platforms, from social media to large-scale outdoor ads, while embodying a premium, lifestyle-focused approach.
The Brief
The brief was to create inspiring imagery that emotionally connected with the target audience, aged 25 to 40, who seek rich, high-quality experiences and are highly visually driven. The goal was to capture the upscale, hotel-inspired lifestyle of the Azure apartments, appealing to young, aspirational individuals who value aesthetics and sophistication. The imagery needed to reflect the modern, luxurious nature of the development while conveying a sense of accessibility and contemporary living. This required crafting visuals that would resonate on multiple platforms, creating a lasting impression and sparking interest in the project.
The Results
The suite of imagery we created was highly successful, perfectly aligning with the brief’s goals. It captured the upscale and luxurious atmosphere of the development while appealing to the modern, aspirational lifestyle of the target audience. The images were strategically used in a variety of marketing materials, helping to drive brand awareness and reinforce Azure’s identity. The engaging visuals quickly attracted strong, quality leads and garnered significant media exposure across the region, generating buzz for the project. As a result, the campaign contributed to a successful launch and ongoing sales success. See more here www.azurereem.com
