H&H Development is one of Dubai’s leading luxury developers, investors and asset managers, with a portfolio spanning some of the city’s most prestigious hospitality and residential projects. Established in 2007, its portfolio includes developments for Four Seasons, Aman and Baccarat, alongside its own Eden House collection and landmark projects across Dubai.
City Tower is H&H Development’s most ambitious project to date, a 93-storey, 362.8-metre residential and commercial tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that has redefined Dubai’s skyline and set a new benchmark for high-rise living. Designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, the tower comprises 695 premium residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, alongside office spaces and a full suite of amenities including pools, a gym, paddle courts, a mini soccer field and dedicated kids’ facilities.
Standing as one of Dubai’s tallest buildings, City Tower occupies a central position between DIFC, Downtown and Jumeirah, two minutes from Emirates Towers Metro Station. The scale and address together make it one of the most significant residential launches on Sheikh Zayed Road in recent years.
H&H commissioned Alex to produce the complete visual library ahead of the tower’s market launch. The visual brief was prepared by OMNIA, a Globant division, and carried a precise brand language that every image had to meet. The assignment was extensive, covering exterior architecture, interiors, office spaces and amenities across multiple days of shooting.
The Challenge
The brief from OMNIA carried a specific visual language, and matching it consistently across such a vast and complex property was the central photographic challenge. Brand guidelines of this kind leave little room for interpretation: every image had to reflect the defined aesthetic precisely before approval.
Conditions on site added further complexity. The shoot ran across multiple days and weeks in Dubai’s summer heat, with some areas of the tower still under construction as photography progressed, requiring constant flexibility and precise management of what was ready and when.
The Brief
The assignment covered the full scope of the tower: exterior architecture, show residences across all unit types, office spaces and the complete amenity offering including pools, gym, paddle courts and kids’ facilities. Exterior images required shooting from multiple vantage points, including from the worlds tallest building – Burj Khalifa and at ground level from Dubai International Financial Centre, to capture the tower’s full scale and presence on the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline. Every image had to conform to OMNIA’s visual standards and be ready for immediate use across all marketing channels.
The Results
The complete image library enabled H&H to launch City Tower with one consistent visual identity across every channel. Following OMNIA’s brand approval, the photographs were immediately deployed across social media, press coverage, print advertising, digital marketing and large-scale outdoor campaigns throughout Dubai and internationally.
Seen across the city on billboards and digital screens, the imagery translated the scale, architecture and residential experience of the 93-storey development into a compelling campaign. It gave H&H the visual authority to introduce City Tower as a completed landmark rather than another off-plan promise, helping establish it as a defining residential address on Sheikh Zayed Road and supporting one of Dubai’s most prominent recent property launches.
