Address Hotels and Resorts is the first brand launched by Emaar Hospitality Group. A brand new icon on the city’s shoreline, it is the first resort hotel from the group.
The premium luxury hotel group has positioned itself as a choice perfect for business, leisure and group travellers. Address hotels have won numerous accolades, including: Address Downtown – Best Hotel in the World, Palace Downtown – Modern Luxury Hotel of the year and more. The Address brand has brought a fresh identity to the global hospitality and service sector by setting new benchmarks with its gracious hospitality and exceptional service standards.
With its unreal views of the Arabian Gulf – including the world record breaking highest infinity pool – alongside rooms and impressive dining and nightlife options, there was certainly not a shortage of spaces to capture great images.
From the huge lobby lounge that welcomes you to the hotel, through to Li’Brasil – Lebanese and Brazilian Fusion on the hotel deck, down to the Beach Grill restaurant and back up to Zeta Lounge on floor 77.
I was thrilled to be invited to undertake the project and work alongside the General Manager and Marketing team to build a suite of images that really showed the hotel to the world in its best light.
We have a long working relationship with Khansaheb and being trusted by one of the biggest and most renowned businesses in the UAE is an achievement that we don’t take lightly.
Khansaheb projects range from malls, hotels and roads and we are proud to be capturing great images of these incredible projects.
We were tasked with creating images of the new Doubletree Hilton hotel in Business Bay, a modern icon designed by DWP, based on an old Arabic Oud. We had limited time to capture the essence of this beautiful structure and the rooms within it – some with views of the Burj Khalifa.
We worked smoothly and steadily through the detailed shot list, keeping quality at an optimum throughout.
Hacker is the world’s leading luxury kitchen manufacturer, producing modern, beautiful kitchens with incredible functionality and design. Innerspace Dubai represents Hacker in the UAE, and is a true German home specialist, dedicated to creating beautiful, functional and timeless spaces.
Our long-standing relationship with Innerspace has seen us produce countless portfolios of these beautiful spaces, with the resulting images used across their marketing mix: PR, advertising and digital media. This has ultimately led to increased footfall into their showrooms.

Valiant Clinic is a premium outpatient clinic offering world-class diagnostic and wellness services in Citywalk Dubai.
Meraas invited us to photograph this exceptional clinic whilst still finishing construction. As a flagship destination, images were needed for the marketing suite, from portraits to interiors and lifestyle.
In a series of private demonstrations by Apple’s director of fitness technologies, Jay Blahnik, GymKit was demonstrated in the UAE to a series of select media and influencers.
The Address Boulevard in Dubai is the first location in the UAE to support Apple GymKit using equipment and Apple asked us to document this with stunning visuals to release to the world. As a long-standing client, we are always delighted to work with Apple and their friendly team.
We worked with the team to create PR-led images to showcase consumers using the new technology.

Boasting a private beach area, Rixos Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi is located in the Saadiyat Island district, 3.7 km from Louvre Abu Dhabi. Featuring an all inclusive concept, guests can stay at one of the luxurious 378 rooms or villas.
The Rixos was a joy to work in, a truly beautiful hotel, on the stunning Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. I had to work diligently but without compromising quality, there was a lot to do in the time available. The global brand manager had flown in from Paris to oversee and help with shooting. The property offers an onsite spa, fitness centre, pristine private beach, water park or wave pool, I photographed in all areas, a full suite of images was needed. The shoot was a success and images can now be seen everywhere.
You can wait all your life for a call from one of your favourite brands, so you can imagine my reaction when Nike got in touch. It was incredible to be selected by such an aspirational and world-renowned brand.
Their Dubai Mall store – their latest flagship – was due to open in just a few weeks. They needed images of its unique features and displays that captured the grandeur of the latest Nike arrival.
Features included the world’s biggest Nike swoosh, illuminated by the Dubai fountains at night and amazing design throughout the store.
Floor to ceiling typography and intricate lighting installations over enormous square footage was par for the course throughout the shoot. We shot from sunrise to sunset with the global Nike design team at our sides.
The resulting magnificent images speak for themselves.
Al Jalila Foundation is a global philanthropic organisation dedicated to transforming lives through medical education and research.
It was founded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ruler of Dubai, to position Dubai and the UAE at the forefront of medical innovation.
Their headquarters in Healthcare City was created by GHD Dubai with a bright fresh design which the images had to capture. The dynamism and ambition of Al Jalila had to be reflected in the images.
Al Masaood is a leading business group in Abu Dhabi with a rich diversity of interests in the UAE and beyond. The first company to be registered by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, Al Masaood partnered with Savilles and The Tribe from Dubai, for creative content.
Azure is an apartment development on the popular Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The building was designed to look and feel more like an upscale hotel in the heart of the Commercial Business District, rather than a traditional apartment block. Al Masaood Developments was also supporting the sales efforts with a competitive low deposit finance plan alongside rent-like monthly payments. The aim was to convert renters into owners at a lower age then the norms. This was a new concept in home ownership in the region. Unlike other property developers in the UAE, the company planned to make investing in property simple by keeping processes transparent and uncomplicated.
The creative campaign was to launch the project to market. I was tasked with providing a full suite of digital content, to support the Advertising launch campaign. This included interiors, architecture, lifestyle and 360 images. The client had set out a very defined scope, mood boards and shot list, which we worked to and delivered and we also had to consider the need for content across numerous marketing channels. My team fully understood this challenge; we ensured images were shot in ways they could be used across websites (landscape) social covers and profiles (wide and shallow) square posts as an optimum format for multi-channel social posting, portrait shape for mobile and Snapchat, as well as very high resolution for outdoor and on-site POS. We worked seamlessly alongside the Creative Director, models, stylists and team to produce eye-catching images that answered the brief perfectly.

Established in 1958 by Derek Phillips, early commissions for DPA included The Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong, Westminster Abbey and the original P&O Cruise Liner, The Oriana. Their latest project in Abu Dhabi is perhaps their most iconic: The Constellation, a monumental public artwork that forms the centrepiece of The Founder’s Memorial in Abu Dhabi.
This permanent installation is a tribute to the UAE’s founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. As a UAE resident of over 15 years, I was thrilled to be invited to document this seminal work.
The artwork was conceptualised and designed by artist Ralph Helmick, whose practice explores human perception through large-scale public sculptures and installations that invite optical discovery. The resulting images are nothing short of breathtaking.
